The situation

The most common sentence in a design review is "I do not like that colour." The real question is different: what should the visitor do on this screen, and how many seconds does it take them to work that out?
Our approach
We work from a design system
Typography, colour, spacing, buttons and cards are decided first; pages are then assembled from that system. The site stays consistent and adding a new page stops being a redesign.
