Regional property and vehicle listings were scattered across channels, with no shared platform where firms could manage listings, promote them, and buyers could filter by category and price.

We built a multi-account listings system: each firm publishes from its own account, uploads photos and can promote a listing to the featured shelf. Categories are a tree, with property splitting into residential, for-sale, rental and commercial.

Accounts and firm profiles; listing create/edit/unpublish; category tree and filters; map view; featured-listing module; favourites; admin panel and moderation flow.

Firms manage their own listings and moderated posts go live within minutes. The featured module became a separate revenue line for the platform.
