As the brand grew, promotion depended entirely on social media. Menu photos got buried in the feed, franchise enquiries arrived as direct messages and were impossible to track properly.

We built a structure carrying the brand energy with two clear first-screen actions: view the menu, or apply for a franchise. Branches, menu categories and campaigns are all panel-managed.
